A rare late-release Chardonnay from the outstanding 2022 vintage, crafted in limited quantities. Sourced from the renowned South Bank Vineyard in Essex, this wine is a true expression of the valley’s unique microclimate — a region celebrated for producing exceptional examples of this versatile variety.

Pygmalion A rich, deep-golden wine bursting with citrus, honeydew, and pineapple, layered with roasted nuts, toasted brioche, and a subtle smoky finish. Broad, textured, and full-bodied with honey and ginger notes, aged 20 months on lees in Burgundy barrels. Bold, elegant, and distinctly English.

Whole bunch pressed into fine Burgundy barrels, the wine underwent a natural fermentation with indigenous yeasts before maturing for 20 months in barrel, with regular lees stirring to build texture and depth. The result is a complex, elegant Chardonnay with both freshness and longevity.
