Keeping it casual this year for English Wine Week, Sergio and Lynsey will be hosting open doors at Blackbook Winery on Saturday afternoon. Come and say hi, try some wine and see South London’s fully operational urban winery. We’ll be adhering to social distancing, so at any busy periods you might need to hang outside before you get to come into see the space. We’ll be there to keep you company and offer by the glass wines from our current and new releases. Cellar door sales also available.

We’ll have open doors on Monday 9th December at the winery to welcome members of the wine trade down to see the winery, meet Sergio and Lynsey, and taste the 2018 releases. Drop in at any time from 11-4pm.

After the raving success of our Spring Fling release party back in April, we have decided to open our doors once again. This time we embrace the British summer, bringing the seaside to our Battersea archway.

True to our wandsworth roots, we will be serving our neighbours' Mondo Brewery and Doghouse Distillery along side our wines. And to keep the kiddies (and adults) having fun, we have tracked down a superb local facepainter.

The very talented Jackalope's All American food truck will be there to feed our faces with some amazing mac&cheese, burgers, dogs, and more!

Wine will be flowing, music roaring, food cooking, and a fun to be had.

We’re delighted to be bringing English Wine Week to Battersea’s finest bottle shop, Philglas and Swiggot, where Sergio has had close connections to since his arrival in London over 10 years ago. Sergio will be pouring from our range and sharing the Blackbook story. Tickets available first from Philglas and Swiggot

We want to welcome the London trade down to our Battersea site to see first hand where we produce our English wine. We will also be sharing our three new releases for Spring 2019:

• 2018 single vineyard ortega & bacchus blend “The Mix-Up”

• 2018 single vineyard bacchus “Tamesis”

Open doors at the winery to trade during the afternoon as well, 1-5pm.

Our friends at Streatham Wine House are putting on a great series of specials to celebrate English wine week.  On Friday night, we get to takeover the bar and will be pouring our 2017 English rosé.  Come say hi!

In honour of English Wine Week, we are hijacking one of our favourite local wine bars, Cellar SW4, just off Clapham High Street.  Join us for the evening where we'll be exclusively pouring our newly released 2017 Rosé, as well as 2 other beautiful wines that our winemaker, Sergio Verrillo, made as part of the harvest teams: Ata Rangi's 2016 Crimson and Mulderbosch's 2015 Block A.
