Our rosé is crafted from Pinot Noir grapes sourced from Crows Lane Estate in nearby Essex. Hand-picked into small crates, the grapes make the short journey to our Battersea winery, where they undergo a brief cold soak before being gently pressed and fermented in seasoned French oak. The wine then matures for 18 months on lees in a combination of tank and barrel, followed by an additional six months in bottle before release. The result is a textured and expressive rosé, brimming with notes of ripe red cherry and strawberries and cream.
